DOOR LOCK: REAR DOOR LOCK: INSPECTION

1. INSPECT REAR DOOR LOCK LH ASSEMBLY

(a) Remove the rear door lock assembly LH.

(b) Check operation of the door lock motor.





(1) Apply battery voltage and check operation of the door lock motor.

OK:





(c) Check operation of the unlock detection switch.





(1) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

Standard resistance:





2. INSPECT REAR DOOR LOCK RH ASSEMBLY

(a) Remove the rear door lock assembly RH.

(b) Check operation of the door lock motor.





(1) Apply battery voltage and check operation of the door lock motor.

OK:





(c) Check operation of the unlock detection switch.





(1) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
