Installation
CLUTCH: CLUTCH ACCUMULATOR: INSTALLATION
1. INSTALL CLUTCH ACCUMULATOR ASSEMBLY
(a) Install the clutch accumulator assembly with the 3 bolts.
Torque : 19 Nm (192 kgf-cm, 14 ft-lbf)
2. CONNECT CLUTCH LINE
(a) with Clutch Orifice Assembly
(1) Temporarily tighten the clutch line (A).
(2) Install the clutch hose with a new clip (B).
(3) Temporarily tighten the clutch orifice assembly with the 2 bolts (C).
(4) Using a union nut wrench (10 mm), install the 2 clutch lines (A, D).
without a union nut wrench - Torque : 15 Nm (155 kgf-cm, 11 ft-lbf)
with a union nut wrench - Torque : 14 Nm (143 kgf-cm, 10 ft-lbf)
NOTICE:
* Use a torque wrench with a fulcrum length of 250 mm (9.84 in.).
* This torque value is effective when the union nut wrench is parallel to the torque wrench.
(5) Tighten the clutch orifice assembly with the 2 bolts (C).
Torque : 19 Nm (192 kgf-cm, 14 ft-lbf)
(b) without Clutch Orifice Assembly
(1) Temporarily tighten the clutch line (A).
(2) Install the clutch hose with a new clip (B).
(3) Temporarily tighten the clump of clutch line with the bolt (C).
(4) Using a union nut wrench (10 mm), install the 2 clutch lines (A, D).
without a union nut wrench - Torque : 15 Nm (155 kgf-cm, 11 ft-lbf)
with a union nut wrench - Torque : 14 Nm (143 kgf-cm, 10 ft-lbf)

(5) Tighten the clump of clutch line with the bolt (C).
