Removal

CLUTCH: CLUTCH ACCUMULATOR: REMOVAL

1. REMOVE ENGINE UNDER COVER LH

2. REMOVE FRONT FENDER APRON SEAL LH

3. REMOVE INLET AIR CLEANER ASSEMBLY Removal

4. DISCONNECT CLUTCH LINE

(a) with Clutch Orifice Assembly

(1) Remove the 2 bolts (A) and separate the clutch orifice assembly.





(2) Using a union nut wrench (10 mm), remove the 2 clutch lines (B).

HINT
Use a container to collect the fluid.

(3) Remove the clip (C) and separate the clutch hose.

(b) without Clutch Orifice Assembly

(1) Remove the bolt (A) and separate the clump of clutch line.





(2) Using a union nut wrench (10 mm), remove the 2 clutch lines (B).

HINT
Use a container to collect the fluid.

(3) Remove the clip (C) and separate the clutch hose.

5. REMOVE CLUTCH ACCUMULATOR ASSEMBLY

(a) Remove the 3 bolts and clutch accumulator assembly.
