Removal

2AR-FE EXHAUST: EXHAUST PIPE: REMOVAL

1. REMOVE TAIL EXHAUST PIPE ASSEMBLY (for Single Type)

(a) Remove the 2 nuts.





(b) Remove the tail exhaust pipe assembly from the 3 exhaust pipe supports.

(c) Remove the gasket from the tail exhaust pipe assembly.

2. REMOVE TAIL EXHAUST PIPE ASSEMBLY (for Dual Type)

(a) Remove the 4 nuts.





(b) Remove the 2 tail exhaust pipe assemblies from the 5 exhaust pipe supports.

(c) Remove the 2 gaskets from the tail exhaust pipe assembly.

3. REMOVE EXHAUST PIPE DAMPER

(a) Remove the 2 bolts and exhaust pipe damper.





4. REMOVE CENTER EXHAUST PIPE ASSEMBLY

(a) Remove the 2 bolts and 2 nuts.





(b) Remove the center exhaust pipe assembly from the 2 exhaust pipe supports.

(c) Remove the gasket from the center exhaust pipe assembly.

5. REMOVE HEATED OXYGEN SENSOR Removal

6. REMOVE FRONT EXHAUST PIPE ASSEMBLY

(a) Remove the 4 nuts and bracket.





(b) Remove the front exhaust pipe assembly from the support bracket.

(c) Remove the gasket from the front exhaust pipe assembly.
